On November 17, 2011, the NWEC Consortium Management Firm published a Request for Ordnance Technology Initiatives DOTC-13-02. NWEC Members must submit a DRD workbook to this Request for Ordnance Technology Initiatives in order to submit a full proposal. Only NWEC Members in good standing can submit a full proposal in response to this solicitation.
